English Wines at Albury Organic Vineyard
I attended a Supperclub recently at Aria, the lovely design shop, just off Upper Street in Islington, where we were served delicious Silent Pool Rosè from Albury Organic Vineyard in the heart of Surrey. Now I’m no connoisseur, but I’ve drunk enough wine to recognise a good one when I taste it and this was top notch: light, fruity, crisp and utterly moreish. Of course it was also beautifully served – in Iittala glassware – which only added to the experience.
